After we have received your order information, we send you the purchase contract and registration documents and a bank authorisation for deposit of share capital.
You become owner of the company on the date the purchase contract is signed. Return signed document and pay for the company's share capital.
Sign the documents and return them to us, including a bank certificate that the share capital has been deposited. After we have received the signed documents, we send a general power of attorney for the company's new representatives.
The case is now sent to the Swedish Companies Registration Office for registration. We are involved throughout the process and provide assistance if problems should arise with, for example, name chosen for the company.
When the case has been registered and is completed, you receive the company's certificate of registration, share register, articles of association and other documents to your limited company.
